    Analysis of New L5 Algorithm Embedded with Modified AES Algorithm in Address Allocation Schemes

    Networking is ubiquitous. In this fast-moving world, routing plays a major role for a myriad of purposes in the internet space. Address allocation is a vital component in routing. It is very much important to route the packets securely to the preferred destination. The routing of packets is not as efficient as it should have been. The current routing process is tedious and time consuming. The vulnerabilities found in the AES algorithm have been exploited by hackers and sniffers. In order to overcome these backlogs, two new mathematically validated approaches, namely, new L5 routing algorithm and modifiedAES algorithm are proposed in this article. The proposed schemes circumscribe the possibilities of hacking. The mathematical exploration of the proposed schemes results in reduced time and space complexities.     Iliac wing osteochondroma in a 16-year-old boy: a case report

    Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumour. Commonly seen in the long bones of the lower extremity. Ilium is a rare site. We present a 16-year-old boy with swelling in the right groin for 8 months. After clinical and radiological evaluation, it was diagnosed as osteochondroma of right iliac wing. Patient underwent en-bloc excision of the lesion and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. Pelvic osteochondroma is a rare entity but not unusual. Extra periosteal en-bloc excision is the management of choice in patients with cosmetic deformity, neurovascular compression and malignant transformation with very low recurrence rate

    A comparative study between 0.5% centbucridine and 2% lignocaine with adrenaline (1:200,000) for bilateral extraction of mandibular premolar using nerve block anesthesia: a double blind randomized controlled clinical study

    Background: The purpose of the study was to compare the efficacy of 0.5% centbucridine and 2% lignocaine with adrenaline (1:200,000).Methods: A clinical prospective, controlled, randomized, double blind group study was conducted on 22 patients referred for extraction of mandibular premolars, who were randomly assigned to 2 groups by the split mouth method. Before extraction of mandibular premolar, either 0.5% centbucridine or 2% lignocaine with 1:200,000 adrenaline were used for anesthesia. All the patients were given inferior alveolar, lingual, and long buccal nerve blocks. Pain on injection, onset of anesthesia, duration of anesthesia and changes in blood pressure and pulse rate were monitored and recorded.Results: In our study, statistically significant difference was found between the efficacy of agents as for time for onset of anesthesia, duration of action, and changes in blood pressure and pulse rate, but no statistically significant difference was found for pain on injection between two groups.Conclusions: The efficacy of centbucridine was found to be more as compared to lignocaine with adrenaline, in rapid onset of anesthesia, longer duration of action, and cardiovascular stability. There was no significant difference in the pain on injection for both centbucridine and lignocaine with adrenaline. Centbucridine can be used in medically compromised condition where adrenaline is contraindicated

    Right-handed Sneutrinos as Nonthermal Dark Matter

    When the minimal supersymmetric standard model is augmented by three right-handed neutrino superfields, one generically predicts that the neutrinos acquire Majorana masses. We postulate that all supersymmetry (SUSY) breaking masses as well as the Majorana masses of the right-handed neutrinos are around the electroweak scale and, motivated by the smallness of neutrino masses, assume that the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP) is an almost-pure right-handed sneutrino. We discuss the conditions under which this LSP is a successful dark matter candidate. In general, such an LSP has to be nonthermal in order not to overclose the universe, and we find the conditions under which this is indeed the case by comparing the Hubble expansion rate with the rates of the relevant thermalizing processes, including self-annihilation and co-annihilation with other SUSY and standard model particles.Comment: 17 pages v.2: References adde

    Collider Signature of Bulk Neutrinos in Large Extra Dimensions

    We consider the collider signature of right-handed neutrinos propagating in δ\delta (large) extra dimensions, and interacting with Standard Model fields only through a Yukawa coupling to the left-handed neutrino and the Higgs boson. These theories are attractive as they can explain the smallness of the neutrino mass, as has already been shown. We show that if δ\delta is bigger than two, it can result in an enhancement in the production rate of the Higgs boson, decaying either invisibly or to a bb anti-bb quark pair, associated with an isolated high pTp_T charged lepton and missing transverse energy at future hadron colliders, such as the LHC. The enhancement is due to the large number of Kaluza-Klein neutrinos produced in the final state. The observation of the signal event would provide an opportunity to distinguish between the normal and inverted neutrino mass hierarchies, and to determine the absolute scale of neutrino masses by measuring the asymmetry of the observed event numbers in the electron and muon channels.Comment: 31 pages, 13 figures. v2: Added discussion on PDF uncertainties, added reference
